Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how hanjo ("hanjo", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit growth.hanjo.ai and its subpages, including growth.hanjo.ai/ads/ (together, the "Site"), or contact us through the Site's forms.

Information you provide to us

When you submit a form on the Site, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, company or business name, city, booking platform, advertising budget range, and anything you write in a message field. Providing a phone number is optional, and we use it only if you ask for a call or text.

Information collected automatically

  • Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation of the Site.
  • Language preference. Your EN / 日本語 choice is stored in your browser's localStorage. It stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
  • Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google's servers.
  • Advertising measurement. Pages on this Site may include advertising measurement technologies (such as the Meta pixel or conversion APIs) to measure the performance of our ad campaigns. These tools can collect device identifiers and page interaction data. You can limit ad tracking through your device settings and the ad-preference settings of the relevant platform.

We do not set our own tracking cookies.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the audit, details, or services you requested
  • To operate, improve, and secure the Site and our services
  • To measure the performance of our advertising
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf: Google (form processing and storage via Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, and font delivery), Vercel (website hosting), and the internal communication tools we use to route your inquiry to our team. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. We never sell or rent your information.

Data we process for our clients

When we provide services to businesses (for example, booking-recovery messaging or advertising optimization for a spa or salon), we process their customers' data on their behalf and under our agreements with them. That data is collected with consent, is used only to deliver the contracted service, can be opted out of at any time (for example, by replying STOP to a text), and is never sold.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information accordingly.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and we will honor requests in line with applicable law, including the rights of California residents. To make a request, contact us through the contact form on the Site and we will respond within a reasonable time. Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
